Hampton Court Palace, UK

Cumberland Art Gallery, 2014

The Hampton Court Palace, a royal palace located in the south-west of London and the favourite residence of King Henry VIII, houses famous artwork of the Royal Collection and is itself a masterpiece of 18th century architecture.
The Cumberland Art Gallery displays famous paintings by  Rembrandt, Holbein and van Dyck.

The Cumberland Art Gallery uses custom built showcases for some of it's artwork.

Each showcase is designed with the idea of minimum intrusion, thus they blend in with the design and color scheme of the rooms, complementing the paintings and the space's architecture.
